About Recipe

oozing hot mango ganache with soft fluffy cake

Ingredients
All purpose Flour 1/4 cup +1 tbsp
Caster Sugar 3tbsp
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda 1/16th tsp
Whole Milk 1/4 cup
Oil/Melted butter 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Mango Puree 1tbsp+1 tsp
Fab Cardamom oil soluble 1/4tsp
Yellow color a pinch

For Lava

White Chocolate 30gms(callebaut)
Heavy Cream 30gms
Fresh mango puree 20gm                        Yellow color a pinch
Method
  • For lava
  • Melt chocolate and cream together.
  • Add color and mango puree and mix ut well.
  • Freeze it until ready to use.
  • For sponge
  • Sift all the dry ingredients together and add all the wet in it.
  • Mix it all.
  • Take remekins or silicon mould.
  • Pour this batter half way and take a scoop of freezed lava mix and put it in center.
  • top with the remaning mix and bake in 2000 power in microwave for 1 minute 30 sec .
Assembling

Demould it upside down . Sprinkle icing sugar on top and can serve with icecream.
